Cancellation, Return and Exchange

All products you order are carefully checked and packaged.

If you think that the problem with the product is due to production, you can send it to us with the invoice so that our quality control unit can examine it. To learn the results of such examinations, you can contact our "Customer Representative" on +90 532 501 30 22 .

In exchange transactions, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. If you send the exchange product to us via our contracted cargo company MNG KARGO , you can send your cargo by paying a more affordable price.

Cancellation Procedures

You can cancel your order on our Online Store until 16:00 on the same business day. You can send your order cancellation request to +90 532 501 3022 or to info@mydreamscollection.com by stating your name, surname and order number .

Exchange Transactions

In order for the product to be exchanged, there must be a manufacturing defect. If the problem occurs after it reaches the buyer, My Dreams Collection does not accept responsibility. It cannot be exchanged.

Write the product you want to exchange and your exchange request on the Invoice we send you;

“My Dreams Collection, Station District 1409 Street No:20 Gebze/Kocaeli”

You must send it together to the address.

Return Procedures

We produce our evening dresses on order and sew them specially for you.

Since we produce custom designed evening dresses and our products are tailored to the individual, returns are not possible.
